I enjoyed this so much, I immediately ordered a whole Ham! I would recommend this to anybody, my son demands a slice everytime he comes into the kitchen!
Mi è piaciuto così tanto questo, ho subito ordinato un prosciutto intero! Vorrei raccomandare a nessuno, mio figlio richiede una fetta ogni volta che entra in cucina!
Maybe I got unlucky, as others have posted favourable reviews, but the shoulder I received was dry and hard. There was no distinctive nutty flavour or melt in the mouth texture. It was also very difficult to carve. Definitely did not live upto my expectations.. I won't be re-ordering this shoulder.
Forse ho avuto sfortuna, come altri hanno inviato recensioni favorevoli, ma la spalla che ho ricevuto era secco e duro. Non c'era sapore di nocciola distintivo o sciogliere in bocca la texture. E 'stato anche molto difficile da scolpire. Sicuramente non ha vissuto fino mie aspettative .. Non voglio essere ri-ordinare questa spalla.
