We have had many tastes of bellota shoulder in the past and I would say they were mostly excellent!! This time we were disappointed as the shoulder was very very fatty , the taste not so great and the worse very very salty!! Ibergour have been excellent as they offered to change it without any trouble. First class service. I can not praise them enough!! Well done Ibergour!!We will buy from you again!!
Abbiamo avuto tanti gusti di spalla bellota in passato e vorrei dire che erano per lo più eccellente! Questa volta siamo stati delusi come la spalla era molto molto grassa, il gusto non è così grande e il molto peggio molto salato! Ibergour sono stati eccellenti in quanto hanno offerto di cambiare senza alcuna difficoltà. Servizio di prima classe. Non posso lodarli basta! Ben fatto Ibergour! Saremo acquistare ancora da voi!
Very nice with a strong taste. Prime cuts 5 out of 5 the rest 3 out of 5. The hard pieces were used with dry beans and were very nice!!! Thank you
