This shoulder has something special as well as certain brands are special. Given the price I paid, the quality of this bellota shoulder is exceptional and the taste is great. It's not the best bellota I've tasted but it's one of the good values for money: complex, gorgeous and what a length in your mouth!
Questo spalla ha qualcosa di speciale così come alcune marche sono speciali. Dato il prezzo che ho pagato, la qualità di questa spalla bellota è eccezionale e il sapore è ottimo. Non è la migliore bellota che ho assaggiato, ma è uno dei buoni valori per denaro: complesso, splendido e che la lunghezza in bocca!
This is my first lomo tasting and I'm surprised how it tastes too meaty which is what you expect! The paprika flavour seems a little be behind the meat flavour!

I received this oil as a gift and I do recognise it is a valuable gift. The oil has a complex nose and smooth taste, a natural green colour, good to enjoy.
Ho ricevuto questo olio come un dono e mi si riconosce è un dono prezioso. L'olio ha un naso complesso e gusto morbido, di colore verde naturale, buono per godere.
I used to taste common chorizo and was looking for a special one because I believe in Spain someone should make a top quality chorizo. Here it is, with a good proportion of meat, very deep and well balanced flavour, meat flavour is there, the fat also with sweetie sensations, smooth and intense flavour and the paprika just comes, not aggressive but as a soft touch to balance all these in your mouth: That is unique! Ho usato per gustare chorizo comune ed era alla ricerca di una speciale perché credo che in Spagna qualcuno dovrebbe fare un chorizo di alta qualità. Ecco, con una buona proporzione di carne, molto profondo e ben equilibrato sapore, il sapore di carne è lì, il grasso anche con sensazioni tesoro, gusto morbido e intenso e la paprika è giusto, non aggressivo ma come un tocco morbido per bilanciare tutti questi in bocca: questo è unico! Faccio parlare del servizio che è eccezionale. Grazie Miguel e la squadra!
