This is the second time I've ordered a Penajamon Serrano Ham and so far it has been better than the first in that there was very little wastage in the opening trimming. The flavour is also excellent and it is nice and moist.

I received the shoulder a week before Christmas. Unfortunately I was out when the first delivery attempt was made - I hadn't expected it so soon. Very good notification by email of delivery attempt. I am very pleased with the shoulder. It cuts well and the quality is great. This is the first time I have tried a bellota iberico ham and I am impressed.
Ho ricevuto la spalla una settimana prima di Natale. Purtroppo ero fuori quando è stato effettuato il primo tentativo di consegna - non mi aspettavo così presto. The Jamotec rotary ham holder is very well engineered. Personally I like the wipe-clean hygienic plastic construction. The rotary holder is also well designed and is particularly useful when reversing the leg or attempting to cut the difficult to reach parts when the ham is 80% finished. I find it is necessary to hold the bottom heel of the ham leg when cutting drier meat and so a V-shaped holder at the far end would be useful.
I found the ordering process on the Ibergour website very easy to use. The delivery to the UK address was extremely efficient with regular e-mail notification of delivery status. This is the first time I have purchased from Ibergour and I am very impressed and will be back again, for the ham next time.
Il titolare prosciutto Jamotec rotante è molto ben progettato. Personalmente mi piace la costruzione di plastica igienico e facile da pulire. Il titolare rotante è anche ben progettato ed è particolarmente utile quando si inverte la gamba o il tentativo di tagliare il difficile raggiungere parti quando il prosciutto è 80% finito. Trovo che sia necessario tenere il tallone inferiore della gamba prosciutto quando il taglio di carne più secca e quindi un supporto a forma di V, in fondo sarebbe utile. Ho trovato il processo di ordinazione sul sito IberGour molto facile da usare. La consegna al recapito Regno Unito era estremamente efficiente, con la procedura di comunicazione e-mail di stato di consegna.
