Since October 2021 is this our 4th ham we ordered from Ibergour. As we choose to cut the ham ourselves, we order them always complete bone-in.
This time we chose the Pata Negra Cinco Jotas. For sure the best quality ham we ever tasted. Just very refined in taste, beautiful but not overly fused fat which results in a real delicious flavour.
So our next order will be this brand again.

Da ottobre 2021 questo è il nostro quarto prosciutto che abbiamo ordinato da Ibergour. Poiché scegliamo di tagliare noi stessi il prosciutto, lo ordiniamo sempre con l'osso. Questa volta abbiamo scelto il Pata Negra Cinco Jotas. Sicuramente il miglior prosciutto di qualità che abbiamo mai assaggiato. Solo molto raffinato nel gusto, grasso bello ma non eccessivamente fuso che si traduce in un sapore davvero delizioso. Quindi il nostro prossimo ordine sarà di nuovo questo marchio. Se prendi in considerazione anche il follow-up rapido e accurato e l'elaborazione degli ordini di Ibergour, sai che il tuo prosciutto arriverà molto rapidamente nei prossimi giorni. Semplicemente TOP!

All our respect goes to Ibergour. We ordered this jamon on tuesday, and was already delivered 2 days later on thursday (in Belgium). Wow, what a very adequate service.
We were very pleased the way the order confirmation and ready for shipment announcement was explained.
The ham is abolutely delicious. 11 days later, we are so what half way, which will bring us to order another one in the coming weeks.

Tutto il nostro rispetto va a Ibergour. Abbiamo ordinato questo jamon martedì ed è stato già consegnato 2 giorni dopo giovedì (in Belgio). Wow, che servizio molto adeguato. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del modo in cui è stata spiegata la conferma dell'ordine e l'annuncio della disponibilità per la spedizione. Il prosciutto è assolutamente delizioso. 11 giorni dopo, siamo quindi a metà strada, il che ci porterà a ordinarne un altro nelle prossime settimane. Grazie per questa fantastica qualità e servizio!!
