After eating bellota ham in Spain, it has become my favourite ham in the world. And the Joselito bellota did not disappoint. Among other things I used it on a pizza too, heavenly. Recommended.

Very meaty, noticed the quality of the sausage right away. The slices are not too thin either, so there is a nice bite to it. Balanced flavours. I would definitely buy this again.
Molto carnoso, notò la qualità della salsiccia subito. Le fette non troppo sottili o, per cui vi è un bel morso ad esso. sapori equilibrati. Vorrei assolutamente comprare questo nuovo.
