Very good value for money. This is the best Bellota I have tasted, outside my favourite restaurant in Gran Canaria. The ham is sweet with a long after flavour in the mouth, full of flavour and not too salty, and my pack was very lean with just the right amount of fat. I will be re-ordering this lovely shoulder.
Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Questa è la migliore che abbia mai assaggiato Bellota, fuori il mio ristorante preferito a Gran Canaria. Il prosciutto è dolce con un sapore molto tempo dopo in bocca, pieno di sapore e non troppo salato, e il mio pacco è stato molto magro, con la giusta quantità di grasso. Sarò riordinare questa spalla incantevole.
This was my first purchse of a complete shoulder, having previously bought ready sliced ham from Ibergour. I had not realized how much waste there is in a shoulder. I have cut off huge chunks of skin and fat. I started at the thin side and then when that ran into bone I turned the shoulder and started on the thicker side. I am now down about half way but there is only a thin 3 or 4cm wide strip of ham to cut. Maybe a leg would have more meat on it.
The flavour is superb. Sweet and just a little chewy but delicious. I keep it in the kitchen at room temperature. I might go back to prepacked ham though as I have only a small kitchen.
Questa era la mia purchse primo di una spalla completo, avendo acquistato in precedenza pronto prosciutto affettato da Ibergour. Non mi ero reso conto di quanto spreco c'è in una spalla. Ho tagliato fuori enormi pezzi di pelle e grasso. Ho iniziato a lato sottile e poi, quando corse in osso che ho girato le spalle e ha cominciato con il lato più spesso. Ora sono in diminuzione di circa metà strada, ma c'è solo una sottile striscia di 3 o 4 centimetri gamma di prosciutto da tagliare. Forse una gamba sarebbe più carne su di esso. Il sapore è superbo. Dolce e solo un po 'gommoso, ma delizioso. Lo tengo in cucina a temperatura ambiente. Potrei tornare al prosciutto preconfezionati anche se, come io ho solo una piccola cucina.
I have only ever eaten Pata Negra in Spain before sending for a sliced pack of Gran Reserva Bellota ham from you. It is an ideal way to try different hams for someone who either cannot keep a whole leg or shoulder or who wants to try them without going to the expense of a larger amount. The sliced 100g packs I received were delicious, perhaps not quite as moist as cut fresh from a leg, but superb flavour. I have re-ordered some different packs this time and I look forward to trying them. The service and information you provide is excellent and I learned a lot about the various pigs and qualities. Ho sempre e solo mangiato Pata Negra in Spagna prima di inviare un pacchetto a fette di prosciutto cotto Gran Reserva Bellota da voi. E 'un modo ideale per provare diversi prosciutti per qualcuno che o non riesce a tenere insieme una gamba o la spalla o chi vuole provare senza andare a scapito di una maggiore quantità. L'affettato 100g confezioni che ho ricevuto sono stati deliziosi, forse non altrettanto umido come freschi recisi da una gamba, ma il sapore superbo. Ho riordinato alcuni pacchetti di diverso questa volta e non vedo l'ora di provare. Il servizio e le informazioni che fornisci è ottimo e ho imparato molto circa i suini e qualità diverse.
