I have eaten a lot of Manchego cheese, here in Scotland (thank you M&S) as well as in Spain, but this tastes nothing like any of them. The lovely aroma filled the kitchen when I opened it..but the smell was France and the taste was Italy. Blindfolded I would have said good Parmesan, with that dryish crumbly texture and rich slightly fruity flavour. Nothing mild and buttery about this one. My guests loved it and so did I, so I will be back for more.
Ho mangiato un sacco di formaggio Manchego, qui in Scozia (grazie M & S), così come in Spagna, ma il sapore non piace nessuno di loro. L'aroma delizioso riempito la cucina quando l'ho aperto .. ma l'odore era la Francia e il sapore era l'Italia. Bendato avrei detto buon parmigiano, con quella consistenza dryish friabile e ricco di sapore leggermente fruttato. Niente dolce e burrosa su questo. I miei ospiti è piaciuto e così ho fatto, così sarò indietro di più.
You will be making no compromise on quality buying the paleta which has a fantastic complexity and depth of flavour. The best I have ever tasted. Having two free knives, I opted for the free olive oil this year which is excellent, and added an amazing cheese which I will review elsewhere. I was lucky to find Ibergour for my first purchase and now I would not go anywhere else, as they offer unbeatable price and service. Thank you.`
Farete alcun compromesso sulla qualità acquisto del paleta che ha una fantastica complessità e la profondità di sapore. Il migliore che abbia mai assaggiato. Avere due coltelli libero, ho optato per l'olio d'oliva libero di quest'anno che è eccellente, e ha aggiunto un formaggio straordinario che mi rivedrà altrove. Sono stato fortunato a trovare Ibergour per il mio primo acquisto e ora non vorrei andare altrove, in quanto offrono prezzo imbattibile e servizio. Grazie. `
