I received the ham holder and knife, free with a ham that I bought. The ham holder does the job very well, and the knife is acceptable for the job, but I would prefer a knife of better quality, which I will buy in the future, but that is just a personal preference.

Il titolare prosciutto fa il lavoro molto bene, e il coltello è accettabile per il lavoro, ma io preferirei un coltello di qualità migliore, che voglio comprare in futuro, ma che è solo una preferenza personale.
I ordered very late for Christmas, and was very pleased when the shoulder arrived a couple of days before. This is the first time I have bought a whole leg, previously I have bought vacum packed boneless pieces, which have been very good, but there is a distinct difference in carving beautiful thin slivers of ham freshly from the leg. I would recommend this ham to anyone, and will buy again with confidence. I would suggest watching the video footage on carving to at least get an idea how to tackle a whole ham if this is your first time.
Ho ordinato molto tardi per il Natale, ed era molto contento quando la spalla è arrivato un paio di giorni prima. Questa è la prima volta ho comprato una coscia intera, vacum in precedenza io ho acquistato pezzi condizionati disossata, che sono stati molto buoni, ma c'è una netta differenza in scultura bellissima nastri sottili di prosciutto fresco dalla gamba. Vorrei raccomandare questo prosciutto a chiunque, e acquisterà ancora con fiducia. Vorrei suggerire a guardare il filmato sulla scultura per avere almeno un'idea di come affrontare un prosciutto intero, se questa è la tua prima volta.
