Prodotto arrivato in tempi brevi e confezionato benissimo. La spalla di una bontà quasi inarrivabile e da poco meno di 6 kg. ho ottenuto almeno 3 kg. tra fette, fettine e dadini per varie ricette. Da ripetere!

Dopo aver provato alcune fette di prosciutto, questo è il migliore. Qualità e ben confezionato per permettersi il trasporto internazionale "sofferente". In passato, altre sigillature non sopravvivono rendendo il prosciutto inutile, perché arriva già con umidità / verde incorporato

Esta vez he cambiado la paleta duroc por la iberica. Encuentro poca diferencia. Quiza un poco mas aroma. Pero igualmente el precio es muy bueno por la calidad recibida. Es una pena que ya no vendan chorizo, aunque aqui se encuentra facil.
Questa volta ho cambiato la palette duroc per iberica. Trovo poca differenza. Forse un po 'più di aroma. Ma anche il prezzo è molto buono per la qualità ricevuta. È un peccato che non vendano più chorizo, anche se qui è facile.
As we were not able to visit Spain this year we were looking forward to receiving the hamon . Unfortunately we have found the item to be disappointing due to the fact that the outer ’crust’ is very hard to cut . Once gaining entry to the ham we are disappointed with the amount of fat , realise that some is part of the ham but it is excessive on this one. We have previously had a ham from this firm and been delighted but in this instance afraid that is not the case. However, the matter was quickly and fairly sorted out by Ibergour.
Dato che quest'anno non siamo stati in grado di visitare la Spagna, non vedevamo l'ora di ricevere lo hamon. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato l'oggetto deludente a causa del fatto che la "crosta" esterna è molto difficile da tagliare. Una volta ottenuto l'accesso al prosciutto, siamo delusi dalla quantità di grasso, ci rendiamo conto che alcuni fanno parte del prosciutto, ma su questo è eccessivo. In precedenza abbiamo avuto un prosciutto da questa azienda e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, ma in questo caso temiamo che non sia così. Tuttavia, la questione è stata rapidamente e giustamente risolta da Ibergour.
